The SeaFeast Charity Luncheon is Cronulla Lions’ most iconic and enduring event — a beloved tradition that has raised millions of dollars for hospitals, families, and children’s health projects.

In 2026, SeaFeast will mark a dual celebration — 60 years of the Cronulla Lions Club and 40 years of SeaFeast, honouring four decades of generosity and community impact.

Charity Golf Day

Date: November 2026 (Approx.)
Venue: Woolooware Golf Club

Each spring, the Cronulla Lions Club hosts its annual Charity Golf Day, uniting local businesses, community leaders, and sports enthusiasts for a day of competition and camaraderie.

Players enjoy 18 holes of golf, refreshments on course, raffles, and a post-game luncheon, all in support of local community initiatives.

The event provides a relaxed, enjoyable way for participants to network while contributing to meaningful causes — from youth support programs to women’s safety and mental health projects.

Every swing, every raffle ticket, and every handshake helps the Lions continue their mission of service — one project at a time.

Christmas Giving Appeal & Community Luncheon

Date: December (Annually)
Venue: Cronulla and Surrounding Areas

For many, the holiday season can be a difficult time. That’s why every December, the Cronulla Lions Club hosts its Christmas Giving Appeal and Community Luncheon — bringing warmth, dignity, and joy to families and seniors across the Shire.

Through this initiative, members collect and distribute gift cards, toys, food hampers, and essentials to women’s shelters, young carers, and vulnerable families.
In addition, the club hosts Christmas lunches for seniors and pensioners, complete with entertainment, a hearty meal, and of course, the traditional Lions Christmas Cake.

These events embody what the Lions stand for: kindness, inclusion, and connection. Every year, hundreds of lives are touched by this simple act of community care.
